Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Shipping will be fulfilled by the Royal Mail Group LTD. UK addresses will be delivered with Royal Mail 1st class service; elsewhere would be through the International Standard service. Please be advised that worldwide orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Check out https://royalmail.com for more information.

Photo bundles are signed, sealed, and delivered by myself. I will personally send an email confirmation once I’ve shipped it. Other items are fulfilled by Printful.com.

Do you do refunds?

Because of the nature of the products, I do not offer refunds (except in certain circumstances, please email me at rikkileerocks@gmail.com with your order number).

Can I only pay by card?

Payments by Credit/Debit card and PayPal are acceptable. Cash/cheques cannot be accepted. If you have any queries/questions about payment, please send me an email.

Are my credit card details secure?

Your funds and card details are processed through Stripe or Paypal. Therefore, you can ensure security.

Do you teach online?

Currently, I’m hosting free live guitar lessons on an app called Til. Download the app for the timings and schedule.

My order hasn't arrived.

Most orders are received within two weeks, however, overseas postage can get lost. If you have not received your package within 4-6 weeks please contact me. I will investigate and deal with it case by case.

Can you play on my song?

Yes! I am available for session work. Feel free to email me with your request and we can discuss ideas and prices.
